Powder Coating is a process in which statically charged powder is sprayed on and then baked on. Our coatings can be applied to virtually any metal or glass.It's a nice alternative to painting, it's more durable, protects metals from corrosion,is environmentally safe, and it's flexible so it can be applied to items such as springs. Powder Coating is also applied in one to two coats and is fully cured as soon as the product is pulled from the oven and cools. Paint on the other hand is applied in multiple coats and takes several hours to completely cure.
With hundreds of colors to choose from, avg. one week turnaround, and a coatin' that will last a ten times longer then paint.
